Straight from New Orleans, powerhouse vocalist Meschiya Lake and her band The Moodswingers bring the kind of jazz that makes a Wednesday night feel like a full-on French Quarter celebration. Warm up with a beginner-friendly swing dance lesson from Swing Asheville at 7 PM, then let Meschiya and the band take you on a two-hour ride through classic jazz and NOLA soul. Whether you’re here to dance or just soak up the sounds, this is a midweek night you won’t want to miss.
